"ubicacion limpieza habitaciones personal muy servicial y agradable"

"el control de la televison estaba roto, y la tele tiene muy pocos canales el aire acondicionado no enfriaba una de las noches de mi estancia, el resto de las noches trabajo bien el chorro de agua de la regadera no salia bien, a lo mejor solo se necesita ajustar la cebolla pero no pude hacerlo yo"

"The service at the hotel was very good, people were very polite and prompt on their answers. We used the room sevice and was fast and good. In general is a good place to stay and near the crossing border of Otay."

"Cleanliness; even thouhg it is not an old hotel , carpet vacuumm need to be done thorughly even at the corners; bathroom need to also to be cleaned with more care. There was a party going on in one of the ballrooms of the hotel and music could be heard at far places inside the hotel, that´s why we didnt´decide tos tay at the reaturant for dinner and ask for room sevice."
